How do I book an appointment?

Go to the Dashboard → Book Appointment. Choose a service, provider, date & time, then confirm. You’ll receive an email and SMS confirmation immediately.

Can I book multiple appointments at once?
Multi-booking

Yes — select “Add Another Slot” when booking. Some providers limit concurrent bookings; if restricted you’ll see a message during booking.

How can I reschedule my appointment?
Change time

Open your Bookings → choose the appointment → click “Reschedule”. Pick a new date/time and confirm — we’ll notify the provider. Some bookings cannot be changed within 24 hours.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cards (Visa/Mastercard), UPI and supported wallets. All payments are processed securely with PCI-compliant gateways.

Can I get a refund or cancel payment?

If cancellation is within provider policy, refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method. Refund timelines depend on your bank (3–7 business days usually).

How do I get reminders?

We send automatic email and SMS reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment. Enable/disable notifications from Settings → Notifications.

How is my personal data used?

Can I choose a specific service provider?

Yes — when booking, select the provider. If no provider is selected, the system assigns the next available provider for that service.
